Refund Policy

Every Superduty Country shirt is printed on demand — made specifically for you the moment you order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind. However, we stand fully behind the quality of our products. If something is wrong on our end, we make it right. No runaround. No hassle.

Our Fulfillment Partner

All Superduty Country products are manufactured and fulfilled by Printify, a global print-on-demand service. Our refund and replacement commitments are built around Printify's quality guarantee and fulfillment standards.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your shirt arrives with any of the following issues, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice:

To submit a defect claim:

Email hello@superdutycountry.com within 30 days of delivery

Include your order number and a clear photo showing the defect

Tell us your preference — replacement or refund

We respond within 2 business days and resolve it

Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery cannot be accepted. Claims without photographic evidence of the defect cannot be processed.

What We Cannot Accept Returns For

Cancellations

Orders enter Printify's production queue within 1–4 hours of payment. Cancellations are only possible within approximately 1 hour of placing your order — before production begins.

To request a cancellation email hello@superdutycountry.com immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started. If production has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund unless a qualifying defect is present upon delivery.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

If your package is still missing after 3 business days, email hello@superdutycountry.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement at no charge.

If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you catch an error immediately after ordering, email us right away — we may be able to correct it before production begins. Once production starts, address changes are not possible.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer and cannot offer replacements or refunds in this situation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe:

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the print-on-demand nature of our products. If you received a defective item and prefer a different size as your replacement, let us know when you submit your claim and we will accommodate where possible.

Contact

All refund and return requests must be submitted via email. Do not return items without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
