Superduty Country operates superdutycountry.com, a print-on-demand apparel brand based in Grayslake, Illinois. Our products are manufactured and fulfilled on demand by Printify, a third-party print fulfillment service. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Superduty Country.
By using this site you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, capable of entering into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using the site under any applicable laws. If you are under 18, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
All products on superdutycountry.com are custom-printed on demand. Because each item is made specifically for you at the time of order, we maintain no physical inventory.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time and will notify you if this affects an existing order.
Product images are representative. Due to the nature of garment-dyed blanks and monitor color variation, actual colors may differ slightly from what is displayed on screen.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card is charged at the time of purchase. We do not store payment card information — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
Discount codes are applied at checkout only. They cannot be applied retroactively, combined with other offers, or redeemed for cash.
All orders are fulfilled by Printify. Production typically begins within hours of confirmed payment. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified. Estimated production time is 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary by destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery.
Because every product is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details on defective items, lost packages, and cancellations.
All designs, graphics, logos, text, and other content on superdutycountry.com are the intellectual property of Superduty Country and are protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
The "Clutch for Freedom" graphic and all associated artwork are original works owned exclusively by Superduty Country. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of these designs is strictly prohibited.
Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-commercial license to wear and use that product. It does not grant any rights to the underlying designs or intellectual property.

Superdutycountry.com and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that product descriptions are accurate, complete, or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superduty Country shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Superduty Country from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the site.
This site may contain links to third-party websites for convenience only. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them or any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
Your use of superdutycountry.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the site you consent to the data practices described therein.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Lake County, Illinois. You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at hello@superdutycountry.com before initiating formal proceedings.
